POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This team helps external partners and clients connect their technology to Fidelity so advisors can use multiple tools seamlessly. They manage integrations end to end—setting up secure logins, data connections, testing, and ongoing support—while acting as the bridge between Fidelity teams and outside technology partners.
The Deployment Manager leads the process, coordinating setup, testing, launch, and adoption to ensure integrations work smoothly and continue to improve over time. SSO secures who gets in, APIs define what they can see and do, and the Deployment Manager ensures both are correctly designed, tested, deployed, and supported across Fidelity and its partners.
Skills Needed:
1.) Pretty strong technically
2.) API and SSO (hands on)
3.) True client-facing experience
Bachelore Degree required
Nice to have:
1.) Financial Services experience
