Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and prepare for opportunities, scale, and complexity in deployment.
Demonstrate skills and behaviors needed to optimally onboard clients and drive product adoption.
Focus on continuous improvement and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5+ years of experience in product development, client management, and software deployment.
Experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign-On, and file transmissions is required.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred.
Proven analytical skills and technical competence.
Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
A keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience, resolving user problems effectively.
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adapting to client needs.
