Who We Are

The Airway Dentists’ mission is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep-disordered breathing. With 8 offices across Houston, 2 in Austin and more to come, we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kalli Hale, Dr. Kyle Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time dentist to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.

The Opportunity

• Extremely competitive compensation: $125,000-400,000+ 
• Over-the-shoulder training from Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Kalli Hale and VP of Clinical Operations Dr. Matt Hicks 
• Immersion in our clinical model with 9-weeks of formal training leading up to your first day
• Member of The Airway Dentists clinical team
