Core JobResponsibilities
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills by managing teams of two or more, employingstrong communication, collaboration, and delegation tooptimize crew productivity.
- Execute precise cable management for audio, video, data, security, and control equipment, including pulling,terminating, labeling, and testing.
- Expertly handle low voltage wiring tasks, including running, fishing, and termination.
- Proficiently install displays, mounts, speakers, cameras, and equipment using various methods such as in-wall, structure-mounted, and ceiling-mounted techniques, adhering to safety protocols.
- Exhibit advancedproficiency in the configuration and programming of automation/control systems, security systems, and network infrastructure.
- Provide valuableassistance in the comprehensive system commissioning process, encompassing rigorous testing, and conducting training walk-through sessions with clients.
- Execute sophisticated diagnostic analysis and resolution for complex issues across audiovisual systems, data network infrastructure, security platforms, and integrated control equipment.
- Demonstrate exceptional self-reliance and proactive problem-solving skills,utilizing available resources efficiently while applying critical thinking to develop innovative solutions, maximizing the potential of provided tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, applying analytical troubleshooting methods and developing innovative solutions to overcome complex technical challengesencountered during project implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Accurately interpret technical schematics, drawings, and blueprints for precise implementation.
Physical Requirements
- Operate a motor vehicle
- Operate construction tools including ladders, hand drills, reciprocating saws, hammer, tack hammer, various hand saws, as well as various Audio/Visual hand tools including wire strippers, cutters, low voltage meter in a safe mannerin accordance with OSHA regulation
- Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time
- Lift and carry up to75 lbs.
- Successfully perform in a workplace environment which could see extremes in temperatures
