is responsible for implementing, configuring, andmaintaining advanced audiovisual and smart technology solutions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex projects.The role involves leading technical aspects of projects, managing smaller initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between project sites and Project Managers. The EST III shouldpossess

Core JobResponsibilities 

• Demonstrate effective leadership skills by managing teams of two or more, employingstrong communication, collaboration, and delegation tooptimize crew productivity. 

• Execute precise cable management for audio, video, data, security, and control equipment, including pulling,terminating, labeling, and testing.  

• Expertly handle low voltage wiring tasks, including running, fishing, and termination. 

• Proficiently install displays, mounts, speakers, cameras, and equipment using various methods such as in-wall, structure-mounted, and ceiling-mounted techniques, adhering to safety protocols.  

• Exhibit advancedproficiency in the configuration and programming of automation/control systems, security systems, and network infrastructure. 

• Provide valuableassistance in the comprehensive system commissioning process, encompassing rigorous testing, and conducting training walk-through sessions with clients.
  
   

• Execute sophisticated diagnostic analysis and resolution for complex issues across audiovisual systems, data network infrastructure, security platforms, and integrated control equipment. 

• Demonstrate exceptional self-reliance and proactive problem-solving skills,utilizing available resources efficiently while applying critical thinking to develop innovative solutions, maximizing the potential of provided tools and equipment. 

• Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, applying analytical troubleshooting methods and developing innovative solutions to overcome complex technical challengesencountered during project implementation. 

• Exhibit strong customer service skills andmaintain collaborative relationships within the team.  

• Excel in multitasking while consistently delivering high-quality work with professional integrity. 

• Prioritize projectobjectives effectively, balancing short-term and long-term goals. 

• Ensure the upkeep of fleet vehicles, stock inventory, and adhere to scheduled maintenance tasks asrequired.
  
   

• Actively engage in the on-call service rotation on an as-needed basis.
   

Required Qualifications 

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent experience  

• Accurately interpret technical schematics, drawings, and blueprints for precise implementation.  

Physical Requirements 

• Operate a motor vehicle 

• Operate construction tools including ladders, hand drills, reciprocating saws, hammer, tack hammer, various hand saws, as well as various Audio/Visual hand tools including wire strippers, cutters, low voltage meter in a safe mannerin accordance with OSHA regulation 

• Stand or walk 70% and sit 30% of the time  

• Lift and carry up to75 lbs. 

• Successfully perform in a workplace environment which could see extremes in temperatures
