Demand Planning Specialist

Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst
Location- 08 Month+ Contract
Work Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Position Summary

We are seeking aDemand Planning Analyst to support the accuracy and reliability of demand forecasts forClient Health Science in the U.S. This role will manage demand planning processes, forecasting tools, and reporting while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and planning data.
• Maintain accurate product master data and product lifecycle information.
• Monitor demand planning KPIs and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze historical sales, trends, and forecast variances to identify root causes and reduce forecast bias.
• Support theMonthly Business Planning (MBP/S&OP) andWeekly Business Review (WBR) processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to develop consensus demand plans.
• Evaluate the impact of promotions, product launches, customer activity, and market changes on demand.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience withDemand or Supply Planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop business forecasts/models.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience withstatistical forecasting and demand planning techniques.
• Experience withDTC/e-commerce is preferred.
• Experience implementing planning processes, systems, or efficiency improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
