About the Opportunity:
we are seeking a Demand Marketing Specialist to support the Americas Demand Center team in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with campaign managers, sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to drive demand generation initiatives that create and accelerate revenue opportunities.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in demand generation, field marketing, event marketing, or campaign execution within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Demand Center leaders in the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing demand generation programs aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage campaign assets and internal marketing resource centers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns support pipeline and revenue goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
Ensure the consistent delivery of qualified leads to support pipeline growth.
Research marketing opportunities including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and emerging technologies.
Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Demand Generation
Campaign Marketing
Field Marketing
Event Marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams.
Comfortable learning and using marketing technologies and tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make recommendations.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Understanding of:
Customer and prospect personas
Marketing principles and strategies
Demand generation best practices
Lead generation and pipeline creation
