About The Job:

- The team helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles.
- Assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing.
- Includes Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management.
Essential Job Functions:
- In this role, you are required to do analysis and solve moderately complex problems.
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
- The person would require an understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- Shift: US Shift
- Skill Required: Order Management - Order Management
- Qualifications: Any Graduation
- Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years
- The Team Leader role reflects a first level of process supervision and oversight. Sometimes referred to as Supervisor or Assistant Manager, this role manages day-to-day workload and first-level process escalation and reviews processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze root causes of order failures, fulfilment delays, and revenue leakages.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead end to end resolution of escalated order issues involving cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience.
