Job Title: Delivery Management -Quadient

Location: Canada- Remote

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Delivery Management, with a particular emphasis on Quadient (or) GMC Inspire, .Net, and UX Design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery management process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Quadient (or) GMC Inspire to design and implement effective delivery solutions.
• Oversee the development and integration of .Net applications to support project goals.
• Apply UX Design principles to enhance user experience and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Quadient (or) GMC Inspire for project delivery.
• Strong understanding of .Net technologies and their application in project management.
• Experience in UX Design, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices in delivery management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
