Delivery Manager - Life Sciences (m/f/d)

We're looking for aDelivery Manager – Life Sciences (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex programs for clients in the life sciences sector ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to regulatory requirements and high-quality outcomes. You will drive successful project execution, foster strong client relationships and leverage innovative technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs in the life sciences domain
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines and budgets throughout all phases
• Drive clear communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor project performance and client satisfaction
• Lead risk management and issue resolution initiatives to mitigate delivery gaps
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams for successful outcomes
• Support account growth through identification of new engagement opportunities
• Mentor delivery team members to strengthen capability and collaboration

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in delivery or program management
• In-depth knowledge of life sciences industry and regulatory environment
• Demonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder programs at scale
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practices
• Proven experience with cloud environments and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Fluency in German and English
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe)
