Delivery Manager

We're currently searching for a Delivery Manager who brings substantial AI expertise to strengthen our team. Responsibilities

• Guide initiatives from inception through completion, making sure outcomes support broader business objectives
• Serve as the connecting link between internal departments and outside partners across the course of each project
• Shape planning activities to set achievable deadlines, key checkpoints, and appropriate resource distribution
• Keep tabs on multiple concurrent work efforts, spotting potential risks and stepping in with solutions when necessary
• Lead recurring check-ins and share progress updates with leadership and other interested parties
• Cultivate solid client relationships to stay attuned to shifting requirements and anticipated outcomes
• Direct teams spanning multiple functions, encouraging a culture where ownership and responsibility are shared
• Renegotiate project boundaries, financial parameters, and schedules whenever circumstances shift
• Spot areas ripe for improvement and roll out stronger practices across various projects
• Help colleagues push past challenges and clear away anything hindering their output
• Safeguard quality benchmarks at every stage of the delivery process
• Weigh in on staffing choices and team configuration based on what projects require

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of pertinent experience grounded in technical engineering
• Two-plus years of experience serving in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner capacities
• A solid history of successfully managing projects involving teams of five or more full-time staff
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture paired with proficiency in Agentic AI
• Working ability in Python scripting combined with a fundamental understanding of core AI technology
• Comprehensive background in both Project Management and Delivery Management across varied project types
• Hands-on exposure specifically to Digital Project Management scenarios
• Understanding of Delivery Management as it relates to cloud infrastructure and environments
• Experience in Digital Marketing Project Management, aiding marketing campaigns and related efforts
• Strong English fluency, holding at least a B2 proficiency level

• Possessing a certification relevant to the Product Manager function would be viewed favorably
