Delivery Manager

We invite an experienced Delivery Manager with AI knowledge to join our project leadership function. You will help deliver meaningful initiatives in a technology-driven environment that combines pace, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By working with stakeholders across the organization, you will keep delivery activities focused, well-coordinated, and aligned with organizational direction. This role offers an opportunity to guide complicated work while staying engaged with relevant technological developments

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from early planning to final delivery, ensuring outcomes meet established business aims
• Serve as a central contact for coordination between internal teams and external providers during implementation
• Design project plans that set practical deadlines, delivery checkpoints, and effective resource deployment
• Maintain oversight of concurrent workstreams, addressing risks and dependencies before they cause delays
• Organize regular delivery updates and keep leadership and stakeholders informed of current status
• Maintain strong client connections by tracking changing requirements and confirming expected outcomes
• Manage cross-functional groups while reinforcing collaboration, accountability, and joint ownership of results
• Negotiate revisions to project definitions, funding allocations, and timelines as new needs emerge
• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and introduce improvements across active projects
• Assist team members with issue resolution and remove impediments that affect their ability to deliver
• Apply quality controls throughout the delivery cycle to ensure standards are consistently achieved
• Participate in staffing discussions and help determine the best team configuration for each initiative

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Two or more years of experience at senior, leadership, management, or owner level
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects staffed by five or more full-time employees
• Expertise in solution architecture and hands-on familiarity with Agentic AI
• Python scripting capability combined with a solid understanding of fundamental AI technologies
• Comprehensive experience in both project management and delivery management across different project environments
• Hands-on involvement in digital project management for technology-enabled work
• Understanding of cloud-related delivery management practices and infrastructure requirements
• Experience coordinating marketing technology initiatives through digital marketing project management
• Fluent English at B2 level or above for professional collaboration

Nice to have

• A product-management-related professional certification would be viewed as a plus
