Delivery Manager (AI)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with hands-on AI expertise to lead high-value technology initiatives. You will coordinate complex workstreams in a fast-moving setting where innovation, efficiency, and reliable execution are key priorities. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will help turn business objectives into successful deliveries through practical use of modern technology. This position is well suited to a leader who enjoys guiding AI-informed projects from planning through completion

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery lifecycle for several projects, ensuring each initiative supports wider business priorities
• Serve as the central liaison for internal delivery teams and external partners during project implementation
• Track delivery plans and milestone achievement, escalating and resolving obstacles before they affect outcomes
• Plan and assign team capacity to maintain effective execution and achieve agreed deadlines
• Run regular progress reviews and provide leadership with clear updates on delivery status
• Develop trusted client relationships that promote satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration
• Anticipate delivery risks and establish practical mitigation actions to protect project commitments
• Improve operational effectiveness by reviewing existing processes and introducing more efficient delivery practices
• Manage cross-functional contributors by encouraging ownership, collaboration, and shared responsibility
• Control project finances by monitoring budgets, spend, and forecasted costs against approved parameters
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and support for professional development
• Agree changes to scope, schedules, and staffing with stakeholders as delivery conditions change

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in a technology or engineering environment
• Two or more years of experience in a leadership, management, senior, or ownership-oriented role
• A proven record of delivering engagements involving teams of at least five full-time professionals
• Strong understanding of solution architecture along with practical experience using Agentic AI
• Proficiency in Python scripting and sound knowledge of core artificial intelligence technologies
• Experience applying project management frameworks to plan, govern, and complete initiatives
• Background managing digital projects and coordinating technology-focused delivery activities
• Knowledge of delivery management practices, including delivery of cloud-based engagements
• Familiarity with digital marketing project management for coordinating marketing-related workstreams
• English communication skills at B2 level or above

• Relevant professional certification, including credentials related to product management, would be advantageous
