Delivery Manager (AI)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives from initiation to closure while keeping delivery priorities connected to organizational goals
• Maintain communication between internal stakeholders and third-party partners as the main delivery representative
• Review project performance against planned checkpoints and take early action to remove emerging constraints
• Balance workload and resource availability to support productive teams and on-time execution
• Prepare and lead recurring delivery briefings that give leadership visibility into active work
• Strengthen customer partnerships through responsive engagement and a focus on successful client outcomes
• Assess potential threats to delivery and put preventative response plans in place
• Promote better ways of working by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements
• Guide teams with varied expertise, creating an environment of cooperation and personal accountability
• Oversee financial performance by tracking project costs and keeping spending within agreed budgets
• Help team members expand their capabilities through mentoring and career-development support
• Work with stakeholders to revise project scope, delivery dates, and resource plans when required

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of applicable experience in technical engineering settings
• At least two years in a senior, lead, people-management, or business-ownership capacity
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams made up of five or more full-time contributors
• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI supported by a strong grasp of solution architecture concepts
• Working Python scripting skills and a solid foundation in essential AI technologies
• Experience using established project management methods to lead projects through their full lifecycle
• Experience coordinating digital initiatives involving technology products or platforms
• Capability in delivery management, including work associated with cloud-hosted solutions
• Awareness of digital marketing project management approaches for marketing-driven initiatives
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• A recognized certification in a relevant discipline, such as product management, would be a plus
