Job description:
The Director, PMO – Enterprise Transformation Programs will lead and govern a portfolio of high-impact, multi-year transformation initiatives including Mainframe Modernization, Enterprise Data Lake, Advanced Reporting & Analytics, AI/ML Enablement, and Master Data Management (MDM).
 
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or master’s preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.

• 15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO or transformation leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Direct experience managing mainframe modernization, enterprise data platforms, analytics/BI, and MDM programs.
• Demonstrated success working directly with C-suite and executive leadership.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
• Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complexity into executive-ready insights.
• High emotional intelligence, political savvy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of legacy/mainframe modernization strategies, cloud-based data platforms (data lakes/lakehouses), reporting & analytics ecosystems, AI/ML delivery lifecycle and governance, and Master Data Management principles.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.

• Experience with M portfolios preferred.
