What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of actuarial consulting experience, preferably in pension and retirement

• Relevant professional credentials, potentially including FSA, EA, ASA, or MAAA

• Extensive experience with defined benefit pension plans and actuarial valuations

• Strong client relationship management and advisory experience

• Experience reviewing or overseeing actuarial deliverables

• Ability to advise senior executives, finance leaders, trustees, or plan sponsors

• Experience mentoring actuarial professionals and leading project teams

• Strong commercial judgment and consulting capabilities
