Job Title: Trade Spend / Deductions Analyst
Location: York Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $25.00-$28.00/hour
Work Model: On-Site

• Ensuring the accurate analysis/processing of customer rebate claims / deductions
• Ensure that rebate claims are accurately deducted by verifying sales volume information to internal sales data and rates of deductions to contracts/agreements
• Ensure that rebate plans are set-up correctly in the EDI system and that the information accurately reflects amounts owing to customers and amounts
• Work with Sales & Finance departments to ensure new rebate plans are accurately set-up in the EDI system on a timely basis .
• Review and assess accuracy of amounts owing and prepare supporting documentation to support sign-off of customer payments/deductions.
• Contact sales team to resolve issues related to inappropriate deductions and obtain repayment of over deductions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on trade spend and rebate programs.
• Working with Client companies
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discretionary manner.
• Strong Microsoft Excel
• Strong experience with Client industry, Trade Spend claims/deductions experience
• Detail oriented, accounting knowledge/training an asset
• Knowledge of EDI
