Pay Range: $40-$45/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
TheAnalyst, Deal Operations will support Enterprise Digital Mediaquote-to-contract and Deal Desk operations. The role partners with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy, and other cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize Go-To-Market (GTM) offers, improve processes, resolve system issues, and drive operational efficiency. The analyst will also support documentation, training, project execution, and user support acrossSalesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner withOperations, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy teams to support and operationalize Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
- Coordinate and supportproduct/process training related to Enterprise GTM offerings.
- Build and maintainapproval workflows, process documentation, and user guides.
- CommunicateGTM, process, and system changes to global operational and approval teams.
- Participate inDeal Desk projects and drive continuous improvement across quote-to-contract processes.
- Act as thefirst point of contact for users facing issues with quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Investigate and troubleshootsystem/process issues, provide resolutions, or escalate to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a knowledge base ofcommon issues, resolutions, and self-service documentation.
- Assist withsystem administration, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
- Identify process problems, recommend solutions, and help drive projects through completion.
- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders in afast-paced, changing environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as aBusiness Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Deal Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding ofQuote-to-Contract / Q2C operations.
- Hands-on experience withSalesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strongbusiness process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus onaccuracy and process quality.
- Experience identifying issues, developing solutions, and drivingprocess improvements/projects.
- Experience withWiki, Workfront, JIRA, or equivalent documentation/bug-management tools.
- Ability to managechanging priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree inFinance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- SaaS / Software / Technology — strongly preferred.
- Experience inEnterprise Software / Digital Media / Cloud / Technology sales operations is highly relevant.
- Deal Desk / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Quote-to-Cash / Quote-to-Contract experience is preferred.
- Experience supportingenterprise GTM offers, pricing, approvals, or sales processes would be a strong advantage.
