Program Manager 4 / PM4

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aProgram Manager 4 / PM4 for our premier client inColumbus, OH. 
 
 

 
Education and Experience:
 
 
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study           
  • project management experience in Information Technology projects and a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently     7                                           
  • business process analysis              5                                           
  • workflow automation                    3                                           
  • Salesforce experience     3                                           
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.               
  • Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience i                            
  • Project Management PMP credentials 
  • Experience leading digital workflow automation projects preferred.                                        
  • 7+ years of project management experience in Information Technology projects and a proven track record of handling multiple projects concurrently with successful project delivery results.
  • 5+ years of business process analysis
  • 3+ years of workflow automation
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience
 
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership
  • Define and drive the overall Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in program planning and execution.
  • Program Oversight
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting.
  • Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement
  • Analyze and improve business processes through Salesforce automation and tools.
  • Champion best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and user engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and analytics.
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide general project management support which includes developing and maintaining work breakdown structures, assisting project teams with developing and maintaining project schedules, assisting with the requirements definition process, interfacing with technology subject matter experts, working with project managers to drive projects towards on-time completion, within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Working with project teams to identify risks and issues. Identifying mitigation strategies.
