Responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Resources may be assigned to various ServiceNow product areas including HRSD, WSD, Source-to-Pay, Finance & Accounting, IRM, LSD, ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, and future platform capabilities as business needs evolve. Based on available developer role requirements.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and functionality
• Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer
• Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs
• Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
• Support testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
