DCP Extensions: Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique- Spring 2027

Job Description

With a wave of their magic wand—plus a few tools of the trade—our very own Boutique Cast Members can turn Guests into royalty! It’s all in a day’s work at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, owned by Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother and operated by her skilled apprentices. In this role you will give our young Guests the royal treatment as you assist in transforming them into royalty through a combination of storytelling, costuming, hair, and makeup. Apprentices will not only assist with these transformations, but also check in guests at the reservation podium, take reservations, assist with selections in the "dress making" shop, escort the royal guest into Cinderella Castle and assist with seating. Don't forget your daily chores!  

This is a College Program extension opportunity, and selected candidates will be assigned a transfer date between January 2027 and February 2027.  Candidates must be willing and able to depart May 6th 2027 or later. Departure dates will be discussed during interviews.

The rate of pay for this role will be $19.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the story as you transform children intoelegant princesses and shining knights
• Exhibit a positive, friendly, helpful attitude on-stage to Guests to maintain the show quality of the Disney Experience
• Greet Guests, answer questions, schedule appointments and give directions
• Assist in dress making shop with selections
• Apply facial makeup, paint nails and style hair in simple up-do looks
• Assist with chores: clean and dust floor surfaces, counters, and displays using cloths, brooms, and brushes and/or cleaning agents as well as restocking carts

Basic Qualifications

• Be a current participant in the Disney College Program with an arrival date no earlier than May 4th, 2026 and be fully available through at least May 2027. (Please be aware that you cannot participate in consecutive programs totaling more than one calendar year, including any combination of Disney College Programs or Disney Internships) 
• Be VERY self-motivated, energetic, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude 
• Work well under pressure 
• Be able to have clear, accurate, and attentive communication with Guests 
• Have good judgement, be responsible, and have excellent organizational skills 
• Be fully available through the extension departure date 
• Adhere to all Disney Look guidelines 
• Be comfortable walking and standing throughout your shift and bending/twisting and kneeling frequently 
• Be comfortable having direct physical contact with a guest’s hair and hands 
• Be comfortable working both inside and outdoors in all weather conditions, and working in close quarters with others 
• Have no more than FOUR (4) attendance points within the last six (6) months (not including early shift releases or authorized days off); No more than ONE (1) reprimand within the last six (6) months 
• A $240 non-refundable Extension Program Participation Fee is due upon accepting your extension offer. If you have a registered vehicle, a $75 parking decal renewal fee applies, or $150 for a new decal. Parking decals are limited, available first come, first served, and require a vehicle to be pre-registered in DORMS. If you have already accepted an extension in your current role and location, an additional Program Participation Fee will not be required. 

Preferred Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications to Make You Stand Out:

• Salon experience helpful but not required
• Sales/Merchandise experience helpful but not required
• Experience in entertainment and/or theater.
• Proven bilingual ability, specifically Spanish, Portuguese, American Sign Language, Japanese, Mandarin, or French.
