dbt Developer (Snowflake) — Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dbt models (staging, intermediate, presentation layers) on Snowflake following best practices
• Write optimised SQL transformations leveraging Snowflake-specific features (clustering, materialisation strategies, dynamic tables)
• Implement and manage dbt tests, documentation, and lineage graphs
• Manage dbt project structure, packages, macros, and incremental load strategies
• Monitor and optimise Snowflake compute costs related to transformation workloads
• Support data quality frameworks and metadata management
