AtORA Residences, we are committed to delivering an exceptional living experience through outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our Concierge team plays a key role in creating a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment for residents and their guests.

We are currently recruiting aConcierge to support the daily operation of ORA Residences and provide a high standard of customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Residential Services role is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach
• Ability to manage resident requests efficiently and discreetly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in handling enquiries, deliveries, visitor access, and general administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
