Full-Cycle Outbound Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prospecting: Research prospects and work targeted lead lists.

• Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns.

• Qualification: Qualify prospects and book discovery appointments.

• Closing: Explain digital marketing packages, close deals, and collect payments.

• Handoff: Transition closed clients over to the technical team.

Required Tools

• No mandatory software requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and lead-generation experience is required.

• High reading/comprehension and written skills (for email campaigns and understanding service packages), plus fluent spoken English with a neutral accent preferred (for confidently conducting discovery calls and closing sales).

• Willingness to learn the client's specific digital marketing packages, sales process, and handoff procedures.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM PHT | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱70K/month
