Position Overview:

In this role, you will support our equipment inspection and service process by identifying DOT compliance issues, maintenance needs, tire concerns, and other equipment-related requirements as units enter the yard. You will use a variety of tools, resources, and training to accurately identify and communicate these needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify DOT compliance issues, company requirements, and necessary repairs as directed.
• Accurately document and enter detailed information into computer systems and communicate findings to the Shop or service provider as needed.
• Follow the company’s tire inspection program for each unit and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
• Follow all TIA rules, regulations, and safety practices to protect yourself and our drivers.
• Address equipment-related issues promptly while providing exceptional service to drivers and customers.
• Consistently follow established procedures, policies, and protocols.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate recommendations to management.
• Recognize and share best practices with team members.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related software.
• No relocation assistance is available for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Minimum of one year of consistent employment history or schooling.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and work underneath equipment as required.
