Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN) to join our team on aPRN basis. This role provides flexibility while allowing you to deliverhigh-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care percare plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate withCNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation inPointClickCare (PCC)
• Ensure compliance with allstate and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current, activeRN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
• CurrentCPR certification
• Must maintain all required continuing education
• Experience inskilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Experience withPointClickCare (PCC) preferred
