Planner II

How Will You Make an Impact?

As aPlanner II at ourMemphis, TN facility, you will plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand while ensuring efficient manufacturing operations and on‑time delivery. You will leverage advanced planning systems, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize production flow and support continuous improvement in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

On‑site at our Memphis, TN facility.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and maintainproduction plans and schedules usingRapidResponse (Kinaxis) and SAP to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Manage demand fluctuations by analyzing impacts to production and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams includingManufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize production flow and resolve issues.
• Create and manageproduction orders, ensuring accuracy and timely release to the manufacturing floor.
• Monitor production performance against plan; identify deviations and drivecorrective actions.
• UtilizeMicrosoft Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and development of planning tools.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedules, risks, and recovery plans.
• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives across planning and manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety, quality, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include:Planning Supervisor, Planning Manager.
• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees.

How Will You Get Here?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Experience inmanufacturing strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge ofproduction planning, scheduling, and demand management principles.
• Experience working withinmanufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Hands-on experience withRapidResponse (Kinaxis) required.
• Proficiency inSAP Production module required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in afast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and execution.
