- Develop learner journeys, personas, and prototypes using research and data insights
- Use learning analytics to assess engagement and improve learning outcomes
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery is on time and to a high standard
- Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and the localization team to implement learning solutions across markets
- Ensure core, modular e-learning content, simulations, and blended learning assets are market-neutral in text, colour, and visual references, have permissions for use in global markets, and meet universal accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Drive learning content governance, standards, and documentation within RSuite and Canvas
- Establish and maintain standards for content structure, metadata, taxonomy, and version control to support content reuse and consistency across markets
- Promote and embed learning design best practices across the Education division
Â
What We’re Looking For
- Experience designing and delivering adult digital learning products such as online courses, MOOCs, or executive education programmes
- Strong grounding in instructional design, learning science, and adult learning principles
- Experience using content authoring tools
- Experience working with learning management systems, content management systems or digital learning ecosystems (experience with Canvas or Rsuite is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience working with and influencing stakeholders, including subject matter experts
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Â
What You’ll Gain
- Opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end learning design across key programmes
- Greater visibility and influence across the Education division
- Exposure to new learning technologies and digital delivery approaches
- The chance to shape and standardise learning design practices at scale
- Broader stakeholder engagement across global teams
