- Bachelor's degree required in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of EHR leadership experience with demonstrated accountability for governance, optimization, and team management
- Direct experience with Epic required; OCHIN Epic experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a community health center, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), or ambulatory behavioral health setting preferred
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional EHR governance, including steering committee facilitation
- Experience presenting to and influencing clinical and executive leadership audiences
- Engagement with EHR vendor user communities, conferences, and emerging technology evaluation
- Demonstrated proficiency in Epic workflows, build governance, and system administration
- Understanding of EHR security, access management, Masterfile changes, and department build processes
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare documentation standards, and regulatory compliance as applied to EHR systems
- Working knowledge of or active curiosity about AI applications in health IT, including Epic's AI roadmap
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
