Pay: $22.00 (per hour)

Your Role:

• Daily upkeep of the property: mowing, leaf removal, pruning, snow removal
• Cleaning: storage units, carpets, sweeping, and general upkeep
• Light maintenance: trash pick-up, bulb replacement, reporting issues
• Supporting special projects and assisting other team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Hands-on attitude with familiarity using power tools
• Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores (mileage reimbursed)
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform outdoor work year-round
