Regional Service Manager Role

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as aRegional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities.

Your Role:

• Oversee maintenance operations across the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
• Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in maintenance leadership
• Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development
• HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
