Cloud RPA Manager

We are seeking a technically strong Cloud RPA Manager to lead the development, automation, and ongoing support of cloud-based RPA solutions. This role will bridge the gap between business users and IT development teams, translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring projects follow appropriate security, audit, and change management standards.

Skills and Requirements 
AWS Cloud Development
o Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture. 
o Experience developing and overseeing solutions using services such as AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies. 
o Familiarity with AWS automation services, AWS Quick Automation, RPA, or equivalent automation platforms 
o Hands-on programming experience with Python and/or .NET. 
o Ability to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee business applications and automation solutions. 
o Understanding of APIs, integrations, serverless applications, and automated workflows. 
o Experience working within formal IT change-management, audit, security, and governance standards. 
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
o Ability to communicate effectively with business users and understand their operational needs. 
o Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. 
o Ability to translate requirements into project plans, actionable development tasks, workflows, and technical solutions. 
o Able to identify opportunities where automation, technology, or AI can improve business processes. 
o Understanding of development lifecycle and production-release processes. 
o Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. AI & Emerging Technology
o Willingness to research new technologies and identify creative solutions to business and technical challenges. 
o Incorporate AI and automation responsibly within established security, governance, and compliance requirements. 
o Evaluate and utilize AI tools and technologies where they provide practical business value. 
Data & Reporting
o Knowledge of relational databases, data schemas, data structures, and data storage concepts. 
o Experience collaborating with business intelligence teams for reporting, analytics, dashboards,

Experience

• 5+ years of experience
• Preferred 4 year in CIS, CS or related
