Primary Responsibilities:
The Account Representative for Total Care Auto is expected to:
- Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the company
- Provide professional, courteous, accurate, efficient, and effective assistance to every customer.
- Seek ways to improve business operations efficiency and customer service.

Reports to:Â Account Department Manager
Â
Primary Duties:
- Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
- Answer and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction
- Send Supplies to dealerships as requested
- Gathers information to aid customers in transferring their contract to a new owner
- Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested
- Process inbound mail
- Assists Senior Account Representatives
- Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to use office equipment and computers
- Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task
- 5 years of experience in the field or in related areas

Physical Requirements:
- Work performed in a company onsite setting.
- Regularly required to sit, stand bend, reach, and move about facilities.
- Perform other duties as required.
