Dayforce Implementation Test Lead

Job Requirements

·         Build and maintain the test strategy, cycle schedule, entry and exit criteria, and test coverage mapped to approved requirements.

·         Coordinate system integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and payroll parallel testing with the relevant owners.

·         Prepare test scenarios and data covering employee lifecycle events, country requirements, security roles, interfaces and downstream payroll impacts.

·         Assign work to testers, review execution evidence and help business users complete testing consistently.

·         Own the test repository and defect process. Lead triage with business and technical teams, confirm severity and business impact, and coordinate retesting.

·         Report test progress, blocked scenarios, unresolved defects and readiness risks to the Project Manager and PMO.

·         Produce test completion summaries and a readiness recommendation. Obtain documented business acceptance from accountable functional owners.

·         Support cutover rehearsals, go-live validation and hypercare defect resolution; hand over reusable test assets to HRIS.
