Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-grade web applications usingReact 18+ andTypeScript.
- Build reusable, scalable UI components usingShadCN/UI, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI.
- Design responsive, high-performance user experiences with modern state management (React Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
- Develop conversational AI interfaces including chat history, multi-session conversations, streaming responses, citations, markdown rendering, and feedback workflows.
- Integrate withMicrosoft Teams,Entra ID (Azure AD),SSO, andMicrosoft Graph APIs.
- Implement secure API integrations, authentication, authorization, file uploads, and enterprise-grade error handling.
- Create rich data visualization experiences using tools such asRecharts, Chart.js, AG Grid, and interactive analytics dashboards.
Required Skills
- 5–8+ years of front-end development experience.
- Strong expertise inReact 18+, TypeScript, Custom Hooks, Component-Driven Architecture, Performance Optimization, and Responsive Design.
- Experience withShadCN/UI, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and enterprise design systems.
- Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Teams App Development,Entra ID,SSO, andMicrosoft Graph APIs.
- Strong knowledge ofREST APIs, async request handling, streaming responses, and secure authentication patterns.
- Experience building enterprise applications withRBAC, accessibility (WCAG), auditability, secure file handling, and API integrations.
