| Description: Have 3-6 years of experience in the APM domain and at least 2 years in Datadog. • Implementation/Configuration: Experience in configuring and implementing Datadog for Infrastructure monitoring, APM, Logs, and Digital Experience (RUM, Synthetic, etc.). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), compute technologies (EC2, serverless, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes). • Dashboard and Alerts: Configure Datadog dashboards, monitors, and alerts to provide visibility into system performance and health. • Integration: Experience in integrating Datadog with other systems like ITSM tools, AIOps tools, etc. • Troubleshooting: Review error logs and correlate them to various architectural components and services. • Monitoring Solutions: Develop solutions to monitor new applications/services. • Reporting and Analytics: Experience in Reporting, Dashboard, and Analytics. • Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders.
