Role: Developer Location: ~PUNE~ Skills: Digital : Python~Digital : Databricks~Database Technology Experience Required: 6-8 Role Overview - Data Analyst with strong Python expertise to analyze large datasets, build data models, and generate actionable business insights through reporting and visualization. Core Responsibilities · Analyze structured/unstructured data to identify trends and insights · Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation using Python · Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) · Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation · Build reusable data pipelines and automate reporting processes · Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements. Must-Have Skills · Strong Pytho · SQL expertise (joins, aggregations, optimization) · Data analysis and data wrangling experience · Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have · Experience with ETL tools / data pipelines · Exposure to Azure / Data Lake / Databricks · Basic statistics / predictive analytics knowledge · Python for automation or advanced analytics
