Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify Perl, Python, and Linux shell scripts for database-related requirements.
- Develop and maintain MySQL/MariaDB database solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects related to MariaDB script failures.
- Test and validate scripts across different product versions.
- Identify and resolve database scripting issues to ensure reliable execution.
Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Perl, Python, and Linux shell scripting.
- 5+ years of experience in MySQL/MariaDB database development.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for database scripts.
- Experience in designing, modifying, and testing database-related scripts.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of AI Agents, particularly Codex.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Helix Swarm, Perforce, and Git.
- Exposure to the Cisco CDET bug-tracking system.
