Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to manage Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring high performance, security, and availability across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases

• Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) configurations

• Perform backups, restores, and recovery operations

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance

• Execute database upgrades, migrations, and patching

• Implement database standards, security, and best practices

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10+ years of experience in database administration

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Strong experience in HA/DR and clustering

• Proven expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure) are a plus

• Oracle database knowledge is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills
