Data Security Senior Ops Analyst (Microsoft Purview DLP)

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts across email, web, network, endpoint, and cloud environments to prevent unauthorized data disclosure and data exfiltration. Handle end-to-end incident triage, false-positive analysis, policy optimization, risk assessment, and escalation to incident response teams using enterprise DLP solutions and Splunk SIEM.

Support DLP policy management, sensitive data monitoring, Endpoint DLP controls, and CASB activities while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and data protection standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PII requirements. Prepare incident reports, operational dashboards, and risk metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional security teams to strengthen enterprise data protection.
