About The Job:
- We are seeking experienced Data Scientists / AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.
- The role requires expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and GenAI engineering (RAG, agent-based systems) along with hands-on cloud deployment and MLOps experience.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.
- Build NLP solutions including semantic search, entity recognition, and text generation.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and agent-based AI workflows.
- Build LLM-powered enterprise applications.
- Architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong focus on Vertex AI.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and containerized deployments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-ready AI solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on AI engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning (hands-on experience).
- Strong Python development skills.
- NLP expertise including semantic search, entity recognition, and text generation.
- Generative AI technologies including RAG, Agentic Workflows, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- AI solution architecture and production-grade deployment experience.
- MLOps / AIOps practices and implementation.
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms, specifically GCP.
- Hands-on expertise in GCP Vertex AI.
- Containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- AI governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise AI deployment practices.
Additional Expectations
- 8–12 Years Experience: Architecture ownership, technical leadership, solution architecture capabilities, strong expertise in GCP Vertex AI, and experience building end-to-end Generative AI applications.
- 4–7 Years Experience: Strong hands-on AI development and deployment experience with expertise in GCP Vertex AI and Generative AI application development.
Good To Have
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and Azure AI Search.
- Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with cost optimization strategies for Generative AI systems and token optimization techniques.
