Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedData Scientist to extract insights from complex datasets and help drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyzelarge datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and implementmachine learning models and statistical algorithms
• Build predictive models to solve business problems
• Performdata exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Communicate insights usingdata visualization tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
• Deploy models into production environments
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Document processes, models, and findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in data science or analytics
• Strong programming skills inPython or R
• Experience with libraries:
  • Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Solid understanding ofstatistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms
• Experience withdata visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Strong knowledge ofSQL for data querying
• Experience withdata preprocessing and feature engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withbig data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
• Familiarity withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge ofdeep learning and NLP techniques
• Experience withMLOps tools and model deployment
• Understanding ofdata pipelines and ETL processes
