Job Summary:
Develops analytical models, curated datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and predictive analytics solutions including machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities that enable trusted, data driven decision making across the organization. This position transforms enterprise data into secure, governed, and actionable insights that improve operational performance, customer experience, reporting, and business outcomes.Job Description:
- Analyzes HR and enterprise people data to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that strengthen workforce and operational performance and support strategic, regulatory, and business decision making.
- Develops curated HR datasets, analytical and semantic models, and production ready data products that enable trusted reporting and governed self service people analytics.
- Designs reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that enhance situational awareness of talent, workforce, and operational indicators and support HR reporting across the organization.
- Builds and maintains predictive analytics, forecasting models, machine learning solutions, and AI enabled capabilities to improve HR processes, automate insights, and support proactive decision making related to talent, retention, staffing, and workforce planning.
- Supports integration and onboarding of new HR related data sources including structured, unstructured, survey, operational, and other employee related data into enterprise analytics and AI platforms to expand available data for modeling and reporting.
- Documents HR business rules, metadata, transformations, calculations, and data lineage to ensure transparency, governance, reproducibility, and auditability of HR analytics and AI assets.
- Validates HR data quality through reconciliation, automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and issue resolution to improve accuracy, reliability, and confidence in HR reporting and predictive model outputs.
- Follows established company policies, HR governance frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Participates in critical HR operational activities or organizational preparedness efforts, contributing analytical support, modeling insights, or workforce intelligence needed for safe and efficient decision making.
- Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support HR team goals, operational flexibility, continuous improvement, and the evolution of enterprise people analytics and AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field is required.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or related analytical functions, including developing reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to support forecasting, anomaly detection, optimization, or automated insight generation.
Additional Qualifications:
Additional experience may substitute for required education when aligned with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
- An associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by at least 10 years of experience performing similar functions and a minimum of 7 years in a previous related role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) may substitute when accompanied by at least 12 years of experience performing similar functions and a minimum of 9 years in a previous related role.
Competencies (Skills)
- Data Analysis and Exploration: Applies analytical, statistical, predictive, and exploratory techniques to extract insights, identify patterns, and support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Data Modeling and Analytical Product Development: Designs data models and develops curated datasets, analytical products, forecasting tools, simulations, and system‑modeling assets that enable scalable, insight‑driven analytics.
- SQL, Databases, and Data Visualization: Utilizes SQL, relational database structures, and query optimization alongside Power BI development and visualization techniques to deliver clear, accurate reporting and dashboards.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensures data accuracy and reliability by executing validation, reconciliation, and exception handling while managing metadata, documenting business rules, and maintaining data lineage for strong governance.
- Data Security, Responsible AI, and Bilingual Communication: Applies data security and access control principles, promotes responsible and ethical AI use, and communicates effectively in both Spanish and English.
