Data Reporting & UAT Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Richmond, VA

Duration: 8 Months

Seeking for a Data Reporting & UAT Analyst to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems. Work closely with stakeholders to build test scenarios, develop workflows, and provide solutions for timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Testing & Validation: Design and execute test cases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Data Extraction & Reporting: Use SQL to generate operational and analytical reports.
• Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the technical point of contact for data warehouse vendor interactions.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Data Governance & Documentation: Maintain documentation for data transparency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Domain Knowledge: 5 years of experience with Medicaid or Medicare.
• Technical Experience: 3 years as a Data Analyst or similar role with SQL development focus.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced SQL skills in Teradata environments.
• Testing & QA: Experience in writing test plans and performing data validation.
• Collaboration: Experience working with vendors and IT teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Additional Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex concepts.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with knowledge of SAS, SQL, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and work collaboratively.
• Experience with Medicaid data and health plan operations is preferred
