Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ / Plano, TX / Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:

Perform telecom inventory reconciliation, data profiling, and field-level mismatch analysis.
Classify discrepancies, manage correction tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and track resolutions.
Coordinate with telecom carriers to obtain inventory files, validate data, and ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain equivalence rules, inventory mapping, KPI reports, and weekly status updates.
Manage unmatched circuit records and ensure accurate carrier and circuit ID data.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, or Telecom Inventory; 1+ year in vendor management.
Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, text normalization) and large datasets (100K+ rows).
Knowledge of telecom circuits, Ethernet, MPLS, DIA, SONET, LEC, and circuit IDs.
Experience in data reconciliation, mismatch analysis, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred: Python (pandas), fuzzy matching, telecom inventory reconciliation, and KPI reporting.
