The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Production /Student Transaction Manager, to support the Naval Aviation Production Process-Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA). Administratively assigned to Training Air Wing TWO (TRAWING 2, NAS Kingsville, Texas) as the Production/Student Transaction Manager.

Responsibilities:

You will provide administrative services which include tracking and/or reporting the status of student training, student and instructor flight hours and aircraft hours and availability.


This Data will be entered into standard NAPP data management systems including the NAPP Integrated Production Data Repository (NIPDR).



  • The analyst will also enter student transactions into the Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) and will reconcile discrepancies between CeTARS and other legacy data bases and systems used by CNATRA. The analyst will review statistical data looking for errors and erroneous figures and then research and analyze problem areas working towards a precise and accurate solution.

  • The analyst will be charged to assist in the preparation of briefs on production status and current state of NAPP initiatives leading to cost-effective improvements in the training process.
  • The analyst will collaborate with dispersed CACI and government representatives and be integrated as a valued team member in the overall management of the training process related to metrics to support production decisions.

  • The analyst will perform assigned functions and coordinate with other team members electronically, by telephone, or in person, as appropriate.

This position will be physically located at TRAWING 2, NAS Kingsville, Texas. 

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR equivalent experience and one to two years of functional analysis experience.
  • Must have strong information management and analytical thinking skills, be comfortable and productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have personal transportation and comply with all vehicular/personnel requirements necessary to access U.S. Military installations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; personable team player. Mature, analytical thinker.
  • CeTARS, NIPDR and TSHARP experience

REQUIRED HARDWARE/Software Qualifications:


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced application ability), PowerPoint), experience with Access and other data base applications a plus, familiar with web browser technologies and common data entry requirements, Windows operating systems and communicating/connectivity within the NMCI environment.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:


  • Must be able to obtain/maintain Information Assurance (IA) user certification after obtaining NMCI user account.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,200 - $100,900
