Experience Required:
• 3+ years of experience in: o Data Analysis o Reporting o Engineering Analytics • Experience supporting: o Engineering organizations o Manufacturing organizations o Automotive organizations o Product Development organizations • Experience managing large datasets. • Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards. • Experience developing reporting metrics and analytics tools. • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and project activities.

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: • Engineering • Data Analytics • Information Systems • Computer Science • Industrial Engineering • Related Technical Field

Additional Information:
HYBRID Key Success Factors: • Strong Power BI dashboard development expertise. • Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and present findings to leadership. • Strong reporting automation and business intelligence capabilities. • Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing organizations. • Ability to track multiple projects and cost-saving initiatives simultaneously. • Strong communication and organizational skills Mandatory Screening Criteria: • Power BI experience (must have). • Advanced Excel skills. • 3+ years of analytics/reporting experience. • Experience managing large datasets. • Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reports. Nice-to-Have Differentiators: • Automotive or powertrain experience. • SQL, DAX, and Power Query expertise. • Power Automate and SharePoint experience. • Cost reduction/TVM program support experience. • AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools experience.
