Key Responsibilities:
Forcepoint DLP – BAU Support
Monitor and ensure uptime of all Forcepoint DLP components (management server, policy servers, endpoint agents).
Validate communication between Forcepoint components and endpoints.
Review system logs for errors or warnings and take corrective actions.
Ensure DLP policies are correctly applied and functioning as intended.
Fine-tune policies to reduce false positives/negatives based on feedback and incident trends.
Manage DLP agent installation, upgrades, and performance across endpoints.
Monitor for anomalous data movement behaviors.
Troubleshoot and resolve agent-related issues.
Generate and distribute daily reports on DLP activities, incidents, and system health.
Perform regular backups of DLP configurations and logs.
Check and apply Forcepoint software updates and patches.
Ensure seamless integration with other security systems (SIEM, email gateways, etc.).
Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills as per defined policies.
Forcepoint DLP / Seclore Classification – Policy & Platform Support
Create, configure, and deploy DLP and DRM policies.
Periodically review and optimize existing policies.
Maintain system health and perform regular upgrades and patching.
Manage user and endpoint configurations.
Ensure connectivity and integration with other enterprise systems.
Handle incidents and provide audit support
Support reporting and compliance requirements.
Incident Management
Investigate DLP/DRM incidents and eliminate false positives/negatives.
Track incidents to closure within defined SLAs.
Document incidents for risk mitigation and compliance.
Generate detailed incident investigation reports.
Seclore DRM – BAU Activities
Administer DRM policies and ensure effective deployment.
Monitor system health and perform maintenance activities.
Manage user access and endpoint configurations.
Support integration with other security platforms.
Provide reporting and audit support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-9 years of experience in DLP/DRM operations, preferably with Forcepoint and Seclore.
Strong understanding of data protection principles and compliance requirements.
Experience in policy creation, optimization, and incident management.
Familiarity with SIEM tools and integration workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications:
Forcepoint DLP Certification
Seclore DRM Certification
CISSP / CISA / CEH (optional but preferred)
