Position Title: Data Lead (SAP)
Location: King of Prussia, PA  (Onsite)

Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead to manage and execute data loading activities into SAP MDG and SAP systems from both SAP and non-SAP source systems. The role involves leading end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and successful delivery of data loads in line with project requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the data migration process, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with various teams to meet project requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and data migration methodologies.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in data migration/data load projects, with experience in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience loading data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Knowledge of migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Managing data migration cycles, mock loads, cutover, and production deployments.
• Ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborating with business, functional, and technical teams to define and validate data requirements.
• Resolving data load issues and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
