Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP data management and data migration
• Proven experience leading data workstreams within complex SAP programs
• Strong familiarity with SAP migration tools, including Migration Cockpit, BODS, and MDG
• Utilities industry experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Deep experience with SAP data migration tools (Migration Cockpit, BODS, MDG)
• Prior experience in the Utilities sector
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data workstreams within SAP programs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration
• Utilize SAP migration tools effectively to achieve project goals
