We are seeking anOperations Processor I to support a large financial services organization in Sioux Falls, SD. This is afully onsite, non-customer-facing position focused entirely ondocument processing, data entry, and computer-based operational tasks.
There is no phone or customer service work involved in this position.
Employees will receive a daily work agenda outlining assigned tasks and priorities. Following completion of training, individuals will be expected to independently manage and complete their assigned daily workload accurately and efficiently.
Work Schedule
Available schedules include:

Monday–Friday,7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Monday–Friday,8:00 AM–4:30 PM
For employees starting on the 8:00 AM schedule, there may be an opportunity to move to an earlier shift after training is successfully completed.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine data entry, document processing, and clerical tasks using a PC

Receive, log, batch, process, and distribute work

Review information and make basic decisions based on established procedures

Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing documents and mail

Follow detailed work instructions, policies, and established processes
-
Manage assigned daily workload after completing training
-
Maintain accuracy and productivity while processing a high volume of information
-
Escalate questions or issues to supervisors or experienced team members when appropriate

Work independently within clearly established guidelines and procedures
-
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
Required Qualifications
-
6+ months of operations, administrative, clerical, data entry, or related experience; equivalent education or training may also be considered

Strong PC and keyboarding skills
-
10-key/data entry experience

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow established procedures and detailed instructions
-
Basic decision-making and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Ability to independently manage assigned work after training

Strong and reliable attendance is essential for this position
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive computer-based work, and able to maintain accuracy while processing documents and entering information. Candidates with previousdata entry, document processing, banking operations, administrative support, back-office processing, or clerical experience are encouraged to apply.
Important: This position is100% onsite in Sioux Falls, SD, five days per week and is not eligible for remote work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Duration: 6-month W2 contract with potential for extension
Interview: 30-minute Microsoft Teams panel interview
